Our clams are fresh from the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia. Our clams are harvested in monitored waters to guarantee safe consumption raw or cooked. Our clams are freshly harvested from some of the best clam beds along Virginia’s Southern Chesapeake Bay. Littlenecks receive accolades from chefs throughout the world for their sweet, buttery flavor and perfect size for recipes. They’re excellent steamed with lots of garlic and white wine or served ice cold on the half shell with lime and Tapatio. Littleneck clams measure on average 1”-2” wide and 1”-1.25” long.
