There’s nothing quite like fresh, local tuna when the season is here. These are sourced from our network of small-scale skiff fishermen that exclusively catch via the rod and reel method right here off the coast of San Diego. These sashimi-grade bluefin steaks are available in 2, 3, 4, or 5 pound portions. Bluefin belly or “toro” is also available for purchase. Belly will be delivered skin-on. This super-fresh tuna will be delivered in a food-grade ziplock bag and is ready to enjoy raw or cooked. We love it served seared, as poke, spicy tuna or simply raw.
